Have been using this app since Mountain Lion and have had no issues. The app works well, although the procedure for battery calibration can be a bit of a PITA. On my 2017 MBP with Touch Bar and after 16 months still showing 96% battery capacity after calibration. All in all a great little app that replaces the Mac battery app in the Menu Bar. Have been very happy with Watts.
Extremely disappointing. Save your money.
Had used this for a couple of years prior to Mountain Lion (downloaded from the developer's site) and found it very useful. Since Mountain Lion, however, the application refuses to appear in the menu bar, which renders it useless. Support has been poor, with extremely slow responses, and the soluitons have amounted to providing me with codes to download versions from the App Store, which don't work either. Considering the rather limited functions it provides, it seems overpriced in any event, assuming, of course, that it works. In Mountain Lion, for me, at least, it's just an expensive icon and pointless splash screen.

Promised a better review once they had support for the latest Growl which they've done. Of course with Mountain Lion around the corner now they need to support the built-in Notification Center.
Great when it works
The current version doesn't work at all with Lion, and they're technical support is extremely poor. They've responded twice to my emails in a week, and none of them have acknowledged a problem or tried to explain why it won't work. They simply tried to give me another version of the code that worked less than the current one
History log gone
I just applied the update and once reopened the app lost all the history log. WTH!!!
Needs to update to latest Growl framework
The app used to work well, but they've been VERY slow to update to a more current version of the Growl framework. What made the app useful was the notifications and detailed instructions that were provided by their integration with Growl. Growl updated months ago, but there's no update from this app to get those notifications working again.
Worked Great on Snow Leopard, but won't work on Lion!!!! Update it Already Dev!!!
When I had Snow Leopard this app was great to keep my Macbook Pro's Battery "calibrated"(basically doing a full battery drain once a month", but since I've installed Lion(Since its release in July) I can't get this app to work. The app will "load" on boot, but the menubar icon is no longer there, rendering this app useless since you can't control it or check "calibration" or get reminders without the menubar icon. I gave the Developer several months to come on board with Lion, but considering it's almost 5 months since Lion's release and no update has been provided this app is now useless and the Dev seems not to care. DON"T BUY THIS APP IF YOU HAVE LION!!! IT WON"T WORK!!!! DEV UPDATE THE APP OR REMOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased this program mainly for the battery calibration/conditioning function. Layout it nice unfortunately once you get to step 2 the timer function gets stuck at 1:45 minutes. past that it won't count down. As a result you can't go on to the other steps. This makes for a not very functional product. As is I would not recommend. If they fix this I would.
